Hi there! My name is Kellie Arnold and I am a consultant for Microsoft’s customer engagement products (Dynamics 365). I work with all the customer engagement applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations) plus I love to use the tools that take them to the next level such as Power Automate.

You’re probably wondering what that has to do with pancakes. Well as I work within an agile methodology, I find that I’m presenting to clients many first “drafts” of work if you will and I found it easier to use the analogy of making pancakes. Typically the first pancake is the worst but you have to put it down to get breakfast rolling. Each subsequent pancake improves as the pan reaches proper temperature and you are now more knowledgeable about the various variables.

A silly analogy but it gets the point across that this is merely a step in the journey we take together which is paved with imperfections and improvements. This site is a way for me to share my tips and pay forward all that I have received from others with similar sites. I hope these articles are useful and I’m open to feedback or any other comments.
